September Chapter Meeting: Dried Palm Pods, boots & Bark

The atmosphere in the Varsity Card Room at UPCC provided for a comfortable and intimate meeting. Everyone agreed the program offered a fun and interesting concept. Using palm boots in the design inspired enthusiasm which resulted in a variety of clever designs. The demonstration by Nancy DiCicco and Polly Curran offered some unexpected and unique ways to utilize the palm boots in arrangements.
